Absolutely! Holidays are very important for celebrating special occasions that our particular group wants to remember. There are religious holidays, national holidays, personal holidays—like birthdays—and so on. There will be special holidays for people in space as well. And decorations help make all holidays extra special so there will definitely be decorations.
