The Journal of the British Interplanetary Society reprinted a paper delivered by H.E. Ross to members of the British Interplanetary Society in London in which he outlined the principles of lunar orbital rendezvous as a possible method for reaching the moon. The reprint also included a diagram of the proposed method. A large diagram of an orbital space station, drawn by artist R.A. Smith, was also included. In the same issue are biographies of Arthur C. Clarke and Eric Burgess.
