06. Will spaceships like Burt Rutan's SpaceShipOne be used in any capacity? (A K2S Question)

There is a good chance that Burt Rutan's spaceship designs will be flying within the next five years, and that anyone will be able to fly on them. While they don't go to orbit, they will fly into space, almost to the altitude of orbiting spaceships.
