Goldin, NASA Administrator, that a billion-dollar increase was not very likely. (CSM, Apr 28/93)

Flemming Award. The reward "recognizes U.S. government employees for outstanding and meritorious work," according to NASA. (Antelope Valley Press, Apr 28/93)
