CBAS is formally and unanimously "wound up" at a meeting in London. On the same day Ralph A. Smith presents merger resolutions to the membership which is carried unanimously. 64 members of the various British interplanetary societies attend. Don Arnot delivers a lecture called "A Survey of Atomic Power."
