Aerospace Corp. confirmed rumors that Walter C. Williams, NASA Deputy Associate Administrator for Manned Space Flight and veteran of 24 years' service with NASA and NACA, had resigned to become vice president of Aerospace Corp. and general manager of its Manned Space Systems Div.
