The U.N. Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space adopted a draft convention that would make compulsory the registration of all spacecraft. NASA contract awards to small business during FY 1974 totaled $181 247 000-8.6% of all contracts-NASA announced. This percent-age was the highest since 1962. (NASA Release 74-293)
