U.S. Ambassador to Guyana Spencer King said in Guyana that Apollo moon rocks would go on exhibition there during February observance of Guyana's becoming a republic. (NYT, 1/27/70)
"Heavily censored testimony of defense officials before congressional committees" indicated laser development field was making "dramatic advances" in race to develop "death ray," Orr Kelly said in Washington Sunday Star.
